This sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the agreement between the parties regarding the monthly packages offered to businesses via the Aloeat platform. This Agreement includes basic elements such as the scope of services provided to businesses, terms and payment terms.

1. Parties

This contract is made between Aloeat (seller) and the business owner (buyer). Buyer refers to the business that agrees to purchase the monthly packages offered by Aloeat.

2. Packages and Services

Aloeat offers various monthly packages to businesses. Each package allows businesses to manage their own websites and optimize their online order reception. The buyer can manage their sites, receive orders and benefit from other features depending on the content of the selected package.

3. Payment and Pricing

The buyer is obliged to pay the price of the monthly package he/she has selected to Aloeat according to certain payment periods (monthly). Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods specified on the platform. Prices are determined to be valid at the beginning of each month and are notified to the buyer.

4. Term and Cancellation

This agreement will be valid for the duration of the monthly package selected by the buyer. The buyer may cancel his/her package at any time if he/she wishes. The cancellation will be valid for the following month and the fee for the canceled package will not be refunded.

5. Provision of Service

Aloeat will provide the services provided to businesses within the scope of the selected package within the specified period. The buyer can manage the website and use the online ordering system according to the content of the package.

6. Responsibilities

The buyer agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes. Aloeat is not responsible for any misuse of the services by businesses. The buyer will be responsible for all transactions made through its website.

7. Support and Technical Services

Aloeat offers technical support and assistance services as part of the package. The buyer can apply for these support services when necessary. Support will be provided during business hours.

8. Price Changes

Aloeat reserves the right to make price changes during certain periods. Price changes will be notified to the buyer in advance and the new prices will be valid for the next payment period.

9. Privacy and Data Security

The buyer agrees to take the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of all information provided to the Aloeat platform. Aloeat protects the buyer's personal and commercial data in accordance with its privacy policies.

10. Legal Disputes

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized in disputes that may arise between the parties.

11. Changes

Aloeat reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the platform and the buyer will be deemed to have accepted these changes.
